Introduction:

As an UI-designer, I have had the opportunity to work on various projects that aim to make a positive impact on the world. One such project was collaborating with the World Wildlife Fund (WWF) to design an email template and an online donation page. WWF's mission to conserve threatened wildlife inspired me to create designs that would effectively communicate their cause and encourage supporters to contribute through donations.

For the email template, I started by creating a low-fidelity wireframe using Adobe XD/Figma. This allowed me to outline the layout, including the header, hero image, heading, text sections, call-to-action button, snackable content areas, and footer. I carefully selected relevant and emotionally evocative images to convey the urgency of protecting endangered species. The content was strategically written to inspire readers and prompt them to take action. The high-fidelity version of the email template incorporated the WWF logo and brand colors, providing a cohesive and visually appealing design.

Moving on to the online donation page, I designed a template that can be easily customized with different animal images and text. The form captured necessary information such as First Name, Last Name, Email, and Donation Amount. I also included additional form fields for address and payment information, ensuring a seamless donation process. The heading on the page was crafted to motivate users to contribute to WWF's cause, and a compelling call-to-action button guided them towards making a donation. The design incorporated captivating animal photos, reinforcing the emotional connection with the cause.

Throughout the project, I focused on creating designs that aligned with WWF's brand identity and effectively conveyed their message. By combining visually engaging elements, compelling content, and intuitive user experience, I aimed to increase donations and support for the organization's crucial work in conserving threatened wildlife.
